英语口语“fee”和“fare”的差别
eg：
Internationalschoolfees have risen by 5% this year. 国际学校的'学费今年上涨了5%。
I have to pay the solicitor's fees for helping me make a will.我不得不付费请律师来帮我制订遗嘱。
What are the fees for a weekly house cleaning service? 一周的房间打扫费用是多少?
那么，fare又是怎么回事呢?一般来说，fare只是用于“交通”。fare就是乘公交、轮船、的士或者火车时的费用。所以，可以说busfare，而不能说bus fee。
eg：
What's the busfarefrom here to the city centre? 从这儿到市中心坐公交要多少钱?
If you travel between 10am and 3pm, you can get half price train fares inApril. 如果你四月在早上10点和下午三点之间出行，火车票半价。
I don't have enough money for the taxifarehome. 我没足够的钱打车回家了。
fee: 服务费, 酬金(如付予私人教师﹑ 医生等的)
